Shipping

Flat Rate USPS Shipping.  Please allow 2-3 days from purchase date for orders to be shipped.  Once shipped, you will be notified via email along with a tracking number.  

Free local pick up in Champaign/urbana, IL area.  Please allow 2-3 days for local pick up.  You will receive an email when your order is available for pick up at 601 E. Main St. Suite 111 Mahomet, IL 61853.  If you are needing your order quicker please email, info@thelittlethingsbabyandgifts.com 

Returns

At The Little Things, we hope you love everything you receive, however, we understand returns will happen.  We will gladly accept returns if notified within 14 calendar days of your purchase for Store Credit ONLY.  Sales are final after 14 days.  All Sale items are final sale.

We recommend trying on all items in your order before washing to ensure they fit and that there are no other issues. We cannot accept returns or submit refunds after items have been washed.

An item may be returned if it is sent back:
● unworn
● unwashed
● with original tags intact
● free of stains, odors, animal hair, and damage

How to submit returns:

1. Email info@thelittlethingsbabyandgifts.com with the following:

• Order #
• Full name
• Original order date
• What you're returning/exchanging
• Reason for return/exchange

     In the email Subject please put: Exchange/Return Request

2. If qualified for a return, a return FREE return label will be email to you.  Please send all returns to:

3.  Once the item is received, your return will be processed and an E-Gift Card will be emailed for store credit.

Gift Returns

If you would like to return an item purchased directly from The Little Things that was gifted to you, please include a note indicating this is a gift return along with the buyer’s name and order number (if known) in addition to your name and email address. The buyer will not be contacted; it will simply help us find the order and act as proof of purchase.
